Book Review: Esperanza Rising

Hi everyone! It's Maanvi and today I am going to be doing another book review. This book is one of my favorite books that I have read. Now let's begin!

The book Esperanza Rising is about a rich family that lives on a ranch in Mexico called El Rancho de las Rosas. The main character is a girl named Esperanza. In the book, it is going to be her birthday tomorrow and she is really excited. She knows that tomorrow she is going to be having a grand party at her house with all her friends. And she is also 100% sure she will be getting a ton of gifts. A traumatizing event happens the day before her birthday, and instead of celebrating her birthday, her whole family is crying on her birthday. With the sudden turn of events, her life changed completely. This event changes the whole story. The happy story starts to become a sad and hurtful one. This one event impacted Esperanza's whole family. What event had changed her whole life? Why was she crying on her own birthday? All these questions will be answered when you read the book, Esperanza Rising.

The hiking was a little tiring but the scenery was awesome. Veera and I definitely enjoyed going on the hike. Here are the pictures I got on the hike...
