Veera's First Time Seeing Snow

Hi everyone, It's Maanvi! For the past couple of weeks my dad and I have been going skiing at Lake Tahoe. This week I also went skiing, but I went with my whole family. So, this time Veera also came to Lake Tahoe with me. The skiing part of the trip was fun, but it was even more fun because Veera got to see snow for the first time in his life. He really enjoyed the change of place, and I think he was a little confused about why the weather was so cold. My family and I booked a house for 3 days and 2 nights. The change of place was nice and it was fun to wake up and go skiing. We went to Heavenly Ski Resort located in South Lake Tahoe. To learn more information visit ~ https://www.skiheavenly.com/. As soon as we woke up we could see a beautiful sunset from the house's balcony. The sight brightened up our day every morning :).

New Year's Day Hike

Hi everyone, It's Maanvi! I know it has been a while since my last post, it has been around 5 months to be exact. Today my family and I, decided to go on a hike to start the New Year. We went to Del Valle, a park located in Pleasanton California. To get more information go the this website ~ https://www.ebparks.org/parks/del-valle. On the hike, I took a couple of pictures and when we went on the hike we saw green mountains and many trees. We also got to see a couple of lakes while hiking. The hike was really fun and Veera had a great time running around the mountains.

BONUS:

While I was hiking I found a rock, that looked uneven and circular. It looked like an ordinary rock but I could see crystals inside of it. So I decided to smash the rock and when I smashed it I found out it was a geode.
