Memorial Day Weekend

Hi everyone! It's Maanvi and today I am going to be talking about what I did this year for Memorial Day Weekend. This year for Memorial day I went camping with my family and a couple of family friends. (Everyone who went was wearing a mask at all times and had been fully vaccinated or gotten their first dose.) It actually felt good for a chance to go outside somewhere after being at home for a whole year. It actually helped me relax and enjoy nature. We went to Cloverdale a city which is about 2 hrs and 35 mins away from where I live. As soon as school had ended for me on Friday (May 28th) we were going to get ready to leave. When we got there we unpacked and I played board games with my friends for the rest of the day and cut a cake for my birthday. On Saturday, we didn't really do much other than going and exploring the campsite with my friends and having a cake decorating contest for my parents' anniversary. And then on Sunday, we went to a city nearby called Santa Rosa. We went to Santa Rosa downtown and ate ice cream. And then we left on Monday. Veera had so much fun playing with his brother and his other doggy friend. The trip was super fun and memorable. I had so much fun going to Cloverdale and going camping there.
