Hi everyone, It's Maanvi back with another post, and today I am going to be showing you guys how to make white chocolate-covered truffles. This is an easy and simple recipe to make. Now, Let's begin!
Materials
- Cocoa Powder
- Milk
- Spoon
- Plate
- Bowl
- Butter
- White Chocolate (I used Lindt chocolate)
Step 1:
Add cocoa powder to a bowl (I put 6 spoons into the bowl). The amount of cocoa powder may vary depending on how many truffles you plan on making. If you want to make at least 9 then you would need 6 spoons of cocoa powder minimum.

Step 2:
Add a little bit of milk to the cocoa powder ( If you add 6 spoons then add 2 teaspoons of milk.)

Step 3:
The next step is to mix the cocoa powder and milk together.

Step 4:
After mixing it together you need to get a semi-liquid consistency. If it is a liquid consistency then add 1-2 more spoons of cocoa powder depending on how liquidy it is, but if it is solid then add a little bit more milk until it becomes semi-liquid consistency.

Step 6:
The next step is to take a little bit of butter and then smear it on your hands. The butter is used so that the batter doesn't stick to your hands.
Step 7:
For this next step, you are going to take the batter and roll it into balls.

Step 8:
For this step, you will need white chocolate. I would prefer using Lindt white chocolate but if you don't have it you can use any other brand. You will need to crush it if it is not melted.

Step 9:
If it did not melt and become a liquid consistency then microwave it for 30 seconds.

Step 10:
Once you have melted the white chocolate pour it over the truffles.

Step 11:
The last step is to refrigerate it for 2 hours.

THE RESULT

Enjoy this delicious treat!
