Hi everyone! It's Maanvi and today's post is really exciting because it is about Veera's First Birthday. Veera became a 1 year old on Friday, July 16th. To celebrate his special day we put up a birthday banner on a plain wall and made it a little mini photo booth! I found a birthday hat, sunglasses, and many more things for Veera to wear while taking pictures of him. And we gave him 3 different special meals throughout the day. He was treated like a king on his birthday. Here are some pictures of Veera's special day...

BIRTHDAY PRESENT

The photos I am about to show you are of Veera's birthday present! I also am going to show you a video of him opening his present.

This is a video of him opening the present.

This is his birthday present.

BONUS: This is a bonus picture of Veera sleeping on his birthday! It's really cute so I took a picture of it!

I hope you enjoyed this post! Be waiting for another post! If you want to see more posts about Veera feel free to comment down below in the comment section!

Hi everyone, It's Maanvi back with another post, and today I am going to be showing you guys how to make white chocolate-covered truffles. This is an easy and simple recipe to make. Now, Let's begin!

Materials

- Cocoa Powder

- Milk

- Spoon

- Plate

- Bowl

- Butter

- White Chocolate (I used Lindt chocolate)

Step 1:

Add cocoa powder to a bowl (I put 6 spoons into the bowl). The amount of cocoa powder may vary depending on how many truffles you plan on making. If you want to make at least 9 then you would need 6 spoons of cocoa powder minimum.

Step 2:

Add a little bit of milk to the cocoa powder ( If you add 6 spoons then add 2 teaspoons of milk.)

Step 3:

The next step is to mix the cocoa powder and milk together.

Step 4:

After mixing it together you need to get a semi-liquid consistency. If it is a liquid consistency then add 1-2 more spoons of cocoa powder depending on how liquidy it is, but if it is solid then add a little bit more milk until it becomes semi-liquid consistency.

Step 6:

The next step is to take a little bit of butter and then smear it on your hands. The butter is used so that the batter doesn't stick to your hands.

Step 7:

For this next step, you are going to take the batter and roll it into balls.

Step 8:

For this step, you will need white chocolate. I would prefer using Lindt white chocolate but if you don't have it you can use any other brand. You will need to crush it if it is not melted.

Step 9:

If it did not melt and become a liquid consistency then microwave it for 30 seconds.

Step 10:

Once you have melted the white chocolate pour it over the truffles.

Step 11:

The last step is to refrigerate it for 2 hours.

THE RESULT

Enjoy this delicious treat!

I hope you enjoyed this post! Be waiting for another post! Feel free to let me know how the truffles tasted in the comments below! And feel free to send pictures! :)
